For agencies

One workspace. Every client.

WriteGarden is multi-tenant from the database up. Every client is an isolated company under your organisation — with its own brand voice, integrations, reporting, and data. Run a portfolio without running a stack per client.

How it's organised

Multi-tenant from the database up.

Your agency is an organisation. Each client is a company under it. Each company carries its own voice, market, integrations, content, and reporting — isolated, not folder-separated.

Real isolation: a strategist on Client A can't accidentally see Client B's data. A change to Client B's brand voice doesn't echo back to Client A.

Per-client

What gets isolated.

Every dimension that defines a client's content operation is scoped to the company, not the organisation.

Brand voice

Vocabulary, tone, value props, audience — configured per company. A change to one client's voice never leaks to another.

Markets & locales

Each company carries its own target market (PT, BR, ES, US, UK) and language. Multi-locale variants stay grouped by client.

Integrations

Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, Search Console — connected per company. OAuth tokens and API credentials never cross client boundaries.

Content & data

Generated articles, imagery, cluster plans, and analytics live in the client's company. Database-level isolation, not folder permissions.

Reporting

Per-client AI-visibility digests, GSC trends, cluster-level traffic — generated per company, ready to forward.

Team access

Role-based access (admin, editor, viewer) at the company level. A client's account manager sees only their client; an exec sees everything.

How the week runs

From kickoff to weekly digest.

The operational cadence that emerges when 12 articles a month per client is automated end to end.

  1. Read the digests.

Every Monday morning the AI-visibility digest lands per client. Where each brand gained or lost in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Copilot — with recommendations. Four clients means four digests, not a spreadsheet.

  2. Approve the week's drafts.

Drafts queued per client, brand-voice-tuned, with imagery and schema baked in. Approve in batch or per article. Publish to Webflow, WordPress, or Shopify with a click.

  3. Tune what's drifting.

Brand-voice tweak for the client that just rebranded. Integration health check for the one that swapped CMS. Small operational housekeeping, not weekly firefighting.

  4. Send client reports.

Per-client reporting auto-generated: AI visibility, GSC trends, cluster-level traffic. White-label digest sent under your brand on Enterprise contracts.

  5. Plan the next sprint.

Cluster planning for the next 30 days, per client. Topical map updated against the latest SERP and AEO signals. Briefs ready to queue.

Client reporting

Reports that don't need explaining.

Every client gets the same three signals in one place: AI-visibility share-of-voice across four answer engines, Google Search Console clicks and impressions per cluster, and the 20-point AEO audit score. Auto-generated weekly, ready to forward. On Enterprise, the digest goes out from your domain, with your logo, signed by your account manager.

Agency FAQ

What agencies ask.

Can I rebill clients with my own markup?

Yes. On the standard plan, you pay €49 per client and bill your client at any price you set. On the agency program, you receive a single partner-tier invoice for the whole portfolio and bill clients independently.

How does per-client isolation actually work?

WriteGarden is multi-tenant at the database level. Every company under your organisation has scoped data, credentials, brand voice, and team access. A strategist assigned to Client A cannot see Client B; an OAuth token for Client B's Webflow never executes against Client A's site.

What's the white-label scope?

Available on the agency program (Enterprise contract). Includes branded admin UI with your colours and logo, custom domain (e.g., content.youragency.com), branded weekly digest sent from your domain, and your logo on client-facing exports. Shaped with early agency partners.

Can I move a client from standard to Enterprise as they grow?

Yes — clients move into the agency program contract without changing workspace, data, or integrations. The same company in your organisation just rolls under the partner billing arrangement.

Do you handle multi-language clients?

Markets supported today are Portuguese (PT, BR), Spanish (ES), and English (US, UK). Each client picks their own. Multi-locale variants of the same cluster stay grouped under the client's company and count once against monthly quota.

What do I show clients during procurement?

We maintain a current security-and-compliance posture document and a sub-processor register. On the agency program, we provide a co-brandable version for your clients' procurement teams. See the Security & Compliance page for the public summary.
