Case studies

Content operations, measured.

A useful case study shows the starting point, the work completed, and the observed result. Published studies will include reporting periods, source evidence, editorial effort, and the limits of each comparison.

Completed customer studies are not yet published. Agencies can contact Writegarden to discuss a documented pilot.

Evidence standard

A baseline before the first result.

Record search performance, tracked AI prompts, and delivery time before changing the workflow. Keep a dated publication log and show both absolute results and comparable periods. Customer names and quotes appear only with permission.

The pilot cohort

What the first case studies will measure.

A proposed pilot records search outcomes, AI visibility, and operational effort. Scope and duration are agreed before the pilot begins.

Traffic outcomes

Per-cluster Google Search Console deltas — clicks, impressions, position. Week-over-week trend, attributed to specific articles within the cluster.

AI visibility outcomes

Brand mentions and cited URLs by engine, with the tracked prompts, market, reporting period, and successful response counts.

Operational outcomes

Time-to-publish from cluster plan to live article (vs the customer's prior workflow). Hours-per-article saved. Articles shipped per week before vs after.

Join the cohort

We're still adding pilot customers.

Agency teams can discuss a pilot covering their client websites, publishing process, and reporting needs. Agree the baseline, editorial responsibilities, and permission to publish results at the start.

  • A defined client website and publishing workflow
  • Agreed scope, duration, and commercial terms
  • Baseline search, AI visibility, and delivery-time measurements
  • Editorial review and factual verification
  • Separate permission for customer attribution and publication of results
