What's the minimum contract length?
Annual is standard. Quarterly paid in advance is available for first-time engagements. Pilot terms (typically 60–90 days at agreed volume) credit fully to the annual contract on conversion.
Where is data stored?
By default, in the EU. Specific regions are available on request. Generated content and source data are not stored outside the EU under any plan.
Do you have SOC 2?
SOC 2 readiness is in progress. Writegarden is GDPR-aligned today, with a signed DPA and a current sub-processor list. Ask for the security-posture document on the first call — we share it under NDA.
How do white-label commercials work?
Partner-tier pricing scales with the number of client instances and aggregate volume. White-label includes branded UI, custom domain, transactional email under your domain, and your logo on the AI-visibility digest sent to clients.
Can we get a free trial?
Enterprise engagements skip the €1 standard trial. We run a paid pilot at agreed volume — pilot fees credit 100% to the annual contract on conversion. Most pilots run 60 days.
What about SSO and team provisioning?
SAML SSO and SCIM provisioning are available on Enterprise as part of onboarding. Role-based access (admin, editor, viewer) is included on every plan.
